Success Stories

Astronaut Hard Torso Shell (HTS)
		Utilizing the latest in CAD/CAM technology, Techni-Products manufactured the Hard Torso Shell (HTS)from a 1,300 pound forging of aluminum and machine it to 13 pounds at it's completion for NASA. The complex surfaces of the HTS, which contours the astronaut's upper torso, were reverse engineered on Techni-Product's coordinate measuring machine, desinged on CATIA and machined on their 5-Axis machining center.

Oil-pump Housing
		Mor-Tech produced several Oil-Pump Housings for Parker Hannifin Corporation. Castform housings were used as patterns for investment castings. The aluminum housings were machined by Techni-Products. The project was completed in less than six weeks.
